Air cannon (also known as the air flow-aiding machine or block clearer) is the special device for preventing and removing material arching and blocking in various types of silo, hopper, piping crotch and draw shaft and slide slope. It’s also used for steel, concrete and wood-based hopper; it is widely used in the coal, metallurgical, chemical, thermal power, cement and other industries.

一、新型表面处理空气炮

本公司生产的空气炮采用全新镀锌工艺：整机空气炮在进行新型镀锌处理后可以有效防止炮体生锈并且能延长寿命，同时由于选择了合理镀锌工艺参数，本公司的新型镀锌空气炮可以有效防止储运过程中产品表面的碰撞和划伤。

二、新型蓖冷机空气炮

本公司本着用户至上的原则针对水泥预热器、热电厂、钢铁厂内的烧结炉等高温环境特殊场所开发新型的耐高温活塞 - 气缸系统：将气缸改为高性能不锈钢材料制作，活塞也经过重新选材和相应热处理可以使空气炮在1000度的高温下正常工作。

三、新型双喷嘴空气炮

本公司凭借多年现场使用经验并深入各类复杂料仓使用情况结合???公司技术实力开发出新型双喷嘴空气炮。单台空气炮的炮体左右封头处各设计一个喷嘴，并且实行并行控制即可以单独控制一个喷嘴喷放,也可以控制两个喷嘴同时喷放，使用比较复杂环境的料仓清堵工艺中，既能降低成本同时清堵效果显著。

四、新型分体式空气炮

为了更好的为煤矿井下清堵服务，本公司组织专业人员深入矿井下结合实际生产需要开发出新式分体式空气炮，有效解决了矿井井下空间受限的问题。新型分体式空气炮可以一机多用，喷嘴分散安装，可以伸进各类仓内。同时炮体可以安装在观察口处或其它适宜的地方，解决了仓壁无安装位置的问题，极大方便了矿井井下的工作。

五、新型模碗空气炮

在有大量粉料料仓的地方，其物料反尘量大，容易通过炮管进行空气炮气缸内，影响活塞在气缸内的运动，产生反卡现象。为了解决这一问题本公司在原有的空气炮基础上开发出模碗空气炮，可以有效地解决粉碎性物料及灰尘的影响。该类型和模片型原理相似，且耐低温抗潮湿性能好。

六、新型不锈钢空气炮

【空气炮各部件的作用】

The Function Of Air Cannon Parts

1、炮体：贮存空气用。本产品按GB150-98《钢制压力容器》进行设计制造、试验和验收，并接受劳动部颁发《压力容器安全技术监察规程》监督。炮体采用Q235-B钢板制造，焊接以埋弧自动焊为主，钢板焊接采用二氧化碳保护焊。焊接经X光射线探伤及力学性能试验，并经过水压强度试验及放炮性能试验合格。确保安全使用。

2、支腿或吊环：固定空气炮用。

3、放水机：日久天长炮体内可能积存水分及油??。拧下丝堵可将其污物排出。

4、安全阀：是弹簧式安全阀，启开压力为0.4-0.8Mpa（用户可自调）。如气源泉有可靠的安全气阀，则炮体上的安全阀可取消。

5、活塞：采用尼龙66制造，并有活塞环将其密封，活塞顶部加有多线层橡胶板，活塞后部加由弹簧，活塞运动复位，缓冲弹簧，以防止物料进入活塞及炮体内。

6、电磁阀：它是空气炮动作的主要元件，可根据用户进行配制。附：气控阀、防爆电磁阀，均系矿井下采用，两者产生效果一样。

7、气缸：采用合金材料，工艺采用先进的镀膜技术生产制造。

8、活塞橡胶座：活塞后部加橡胶座，以保证弹簧压缩时不超限，保证弹簧的弹性能量。

9、橡胶石棉密???垫：起到压紧密封作用。

10、密封面：将炮体内的排气管端面用专门工艺装备进行研磨，具有良好的密封性能，贮气时杜绝泄露，节约能源，并保证炮体内空气压力，实现放炮时冲击效果。

It is supervised by Pressure Vessels Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation issued by the Ministry of Labor. Cannon body is made of Q235-B steel plate. Mainly adopt automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide arc welding for steel plate welding. After X-ray crack detection, mechanical properties test, water pressure test for strength and blasting performance test, it is qualified and safe for use.

2、Outrigger or rings: Fix air cannon.

3、Water Discharge Machine: In the course of time water and oil may be accumulated in the body. Unload the twisted wire then blocking dirt can be discharged out.

4、Safety valve: It is spring-loaded safety valve, whose start pressure is 0.4-0.8Mpa(users can self-adjust). If there is a reliable safety valve on the gas source, the safety valve on the cannon may be cancelled.

5、Piston: It’s made of nylon 66, and is sealed by its piston ring. There’re a number of rubber plates at the top of the piston. There is a spring at the rear of the Pistons, so that Piston’s reduction activities can buffer spring in order to prevent materials entering the Piston and cannon body.

6、Solenoid valve: It is the main components in air-cannon’s action which can be prepared in accordance with the user’s requirement. Remarks: air control valve and explosion-proof solenoid valve are used under ground while the effect is the same.

7、Cylinder: Adopt alloy steel, and is manufactured by the advanced coating technology.

8、Piston Rubber Seat: Rubber seat is added to the rear piston to ensure that the compressed spring is not overloaded, to keep flexible energy of the spring.

9、Asbestos rubber gasket: Play the role of pressing and sealing.

10、Sealing surface: The cannon exhaust pipe end in the body with specialized technology and equipment for grinding, good sealing performance, preventing from leaking when store gas, energy conservation, ensures the air pressure in the cannon body so that make sure the impact effect when it’s blasting.

【空气炮的安装顺序及操作控制】

Installation Sequence And Control Operation

 

空气炮的操作十分灵活,可采用手动、电动单个、成组放炮、定时自动放炮等控制方法。操作时先打开手动球阀，气体便自动进入炮体，需要放炮时按一下启动按钮，给换向阀一个脉冲电信号，空气炮即通过排气口喷出强大冲击气流，能量释放后自动恢复充气状态，随时可完成第二个工作循环。

The operation of Air Cannon is very flexible, you can adopt manual or electric, single or block fire, or automatic time fire and so on controlling methods. When operating, open the manual ball valve and gas will enter into tank automatically. When needing to shot fire, you can press the activate button, and give an impulse electric signal to shuttle valve. The air cannon can spout strong impact airflow through exhaust port. 空气炮的操作及控制

控制是靠操纵按钮来完成的，自动控制系统靠空气炮控制仪执行。一个安全自动化的系统，为了操纵更多的空气炮，用一个固定的定时信号发生装置控制每台空气炮，自动地按预定间隔时间放炮。控制系统也可以采用可编程式控制器（P L C）对整个工艺系统进行控制，如需人工操作，运行人员依据操作面板上的按钮，对空气炮系统进行顺序控制，也可对单个空气炮进行单独操作。

控制原理及功能

操作人员启动空气炮并动行后，P L C根据预先编制的程序，由自动称重皮带机控制仪或空气炮自动控制仪发出信号，开始启动第一台空气炮；P L C延迟一定时间后，启动第二台空气炮直至启动数次，相应的空气炮启动后，P L C 延迟一定时间再开始下一循环控制。所有延迟时间均可在线随时调整。控制装置同样具有手动控制功能，操纵人员切换至手动后，由操纵人员手动启动各个电磁阀，相应空气炮启动。

本控制系统的三种控制方式

程控自动方式：可实现顺序时间控制条件反射控制。并可实现时间设定操作功能，使操作人员可根据实际情况灵活控制各设备的开启与关闭时间，使之达到最理想的效果。

微机软件操作：操作人员在远方微机通过的B O P网络，通过鼠标（或键盘）可对每一个参与程控设备的启动或关闭进行一对一手动操作。

就地手动操作：是就地控制柜上通过操作按钮进行。

Operation and Control of Air Cannon

Control Theory and Function

After operator starting and running the air cannon, PLC startup the first air cannon through conveying belt or air cannon automatic controller according to the programs designed in advance; Then start the second air cannon until several times after delaying PLC for some time, and starting next circulation control after delaying PLC for some time when the corresponding Air Blaster is launched. The delayed time can be adjusted at anytime. The control device is possessed of manual control function. After operator switches to the manual operation, he can start each solenoid valve manually. Then the corresponding air cannon is started.

Three Control Methods of this Control System

Program Control Automatic Method: can realize the time order control the conditioned reflex control, and achieve the operating function of the setting which make the operator control the opening and closing time of all the equipment flexibly according to the practical situation, and make it reach the ideal effect.

Microcomputer Soft Manul Operation: The operator use mouse to control the open and close of each program one for one through the BOB network in the distance microcomputer.

On the Spot Hard Manual Operation: It can be finished through the operational buttons on the control cabinet.
